About the Club

Big 'Tel' powering his way to another mediocre ten mile time-trial time using his home designed and made frame. And yes, those are small wheels; Big 'Tel' is not that big.

For the Racers

Many of the clubs activities are based around racing. The club is has a large and strong racing contingent. Both road racing and time trials are strongly supported. In addition, we have an excellent set of club colours, simple, but with a classic elegance. To underline the strength and breath of the club the following are highlights.

As well as race participation, the club organizes two or three races throughout the year, usually at least one Time Trial and one Road Race. 2001 was a busy year though as the club organized three open time trials as well as a road race, this included the RTTC 25mile National Championships which was in itself three races in one.

The club also organizes and runs a summer long series of evening Time Trials. These are particularly suitable for beginners to cycle racing.
