THE CLUB RUNS. The main rides of the week take place every Sunday of the year. Different groups for different speeds and distances. There is always a cafe stop at about half distance; return to Cambridge is usually between midday and 1400h. Contact Sue Taylor 01223 563414   or   Terry Dickerson, 01223 842917.

RACE TRAINING (Winter only). These go out from October through to February and are usually fast but steady speed

CLUB NIGHT. Usually held on the first Monday of every month, committee meeting followed by chat. See the 'by date' listing for dates and venue.

CAMBRIDGE UNI TRAINING RIDES. Both a fast (21mph) and a slow ride go out. See the CUCC website for more details.

1845h (sharp)

THE CHAIN GANG (between late Spring and early Autumn) leaves for a fast hard training ride - no stopping for stragglers, puncture victims etc.

WEDNESDAY

MORNING TRAINING. These are usually fast but steady speed covering about 75 miles. Return about mid-day. Confirm and more details with Tim Williams , 01223 276476.

Trumpington War Memorial

1830h (sharp)

Winter Mid-Week Rides A couple of CCC members will be taking rides on Wednesday evenings. If you have the time and inclination to join us, you will be welcome. The aim is to have steady group rides to keep ticking over during the winter. Attendance will obviously be dictated by the weather and lights will be needed. (Winter only: First ride of 2005 will be on 18th January. and then every week through to End March 2004.

EVENING TIME TRIALS. These are held every Thursday during the summer months. About 7 or 8 different courses are used, these range from flat and fast to hilly circuits.
